The coalition comprises organizations, healthcare providers, government agencies, and community leaders dedicated to eliminating HIV and reducing the stigma associated with the virus.
With a mission to make a meaningful impact on the fight against HIV within US territories, this collaborative effort aims to strengthen existing initiatives and implement innovative strategies to enhance prevention, testing, treatment, and care for individuals affected by HIV

The coalition prioritizes a multi-dimensional approach to address the unique challenges faced by individuals and communities in US territories. Key focus areas include but are not limited to:
1. Prevention: Implementing evidence-based prevention programs such as education and awareness campaigns, increasing access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and encouraging regular testing.
2. Testing and Diagnosis: Enhancing testing services, promoting rapid HIV testing, and expanding access to confidential, free, or low-cost testing options.
3. Treatment and Care: Ensuring equitable access to antiretroviral therapy (ART), promoting adherence to treatment through innovative solutions, and expanding comprehensive care services.
4. Community Engagement: Building strong partnerships with local communities, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to support HIV-related initiatives and reduce stigma.
